Timothy W. Rudolph

Tim counsels corporate, individual, and municipal clients on a wide range of cases.  As a native of Webster Groves, Tim graduated from St. Louis University High School and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science at Truman State University.  After college, Tim attended Washington University School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Washington University Law Review and gained clinical experience in employment, immigration, and housing law.  Tim graduated in the Order of the Coif and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Practice, Immigration Law, Employment Discrimination, and Constitutional Law.

Prior to joining Behr, McCarter and Potter, Tim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory B. Wormuth for the United States District Court in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  In that position, Tim assisted Judge Wormuth in drafting opinions and conducting settlement conferences, motion hearings, and trials.

Tim spends his free time playing tennis and volleyball and cheering on the St. Louis Blues.  Tim also enjoys learning new languages, as he speaks conversational French and is currently studying Spanish and Russian.
