We are trial attorneys who practice civil litigation with special emphasis on Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability, Construction Law, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Employment Law, Municipal Law, and cases involving Business Transactions.  We also work with owners, developers and contractors on Real Estate projects.

We are the only law firm in St. Louis County with two recipients of Missouri’s most prestigious trial lawyer award, the Lon O. Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award.

We are committed to serving the Bar as well as our clients.  Two of our attorneys have served as President of the St. Louis County Bar Association and another as President of the Lawyers Association.  One of our attorneys has been honored to serve as President of the entire Missouri Bar and another to serve a six-year elected term on the 21st Circuit Judicial Commission for the selection of Judges in St. Louis County.

The firm is rated “AV” (the highest rating possible) and eight of our attorneys are individually rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell®. Two of our attorneys have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and three of our attorneys have been named Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers®.
